Facility Use Request

Thank you for your interest in using the Grabill Missionary Church facility.  Before filling out the facility request form, please read our Facility Policy first so you understand our procedure for usage. After the form with all pertinent information has been filled out, someone will get back with you.

SPECIAL NOTE:  If inclement (snow/ice) weather occurs; you are responsible for snow removal-ice treatment on the sidewalk and entrance areas to your event.  A shovel and salt are located at each entrance to the building.  GMC is responsible for clearing the parking lot.
